  • Where do you ship to?

    Currently, we deliver to all 50 states with plans to ship internationally very soon.
  • How do I get free shipping?
    We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $98.  Want it faster? You can upgrade your shipping for an incremental charge.
  • When will my order ship?

    Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow shipping time via UPS or Fedex from one of our distribution centers in NJ, NY or PA.
  • Why can't I see my tracking information?
    We'll help you troubleshoot. Email us your confirmation number at [email protected] and we'll get right on it.
  • How do you determine shipping costs?
    We offer flat rate shipping for all orders under $98 in the amount of $4.95 and 2 day shipping no matter how much you put in your cart for $24.95.


    Returns and Exchanges


  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    We offer free returns on all unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • How do I make a return or exchange?
    Please send your order back with the pre-paid label provided with your shipment. We offer free returns for your convenience. 
  • What should I do if I've received the wrong product?

    Email us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.
  • My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

    Email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a replacement.
  • Damaged or defective products purchased on or at our Fifth Avenue store can be returned by following the guidelines of our return policy.
  • They will be inspected by our customer service department upon receipt. Please note that the life expectancy of a product depends on the individual using the product and the condition of use.  Products damaged by normal wear and tear or products that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy cannot be replaced. 
  • For a damaged product purchased within a reasonable time frame, we will provide a replacement product (if available) or help facilitate a repair.  For handbags, apparel or footwear purchased more than 9 months prior, we are unable to honor a replacement or repair.  For Jewelry purcashed more than 3 months prior, we are unable to honor a replacement or repair. Products purchased from one of our authorized retailers (Dillard's, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Belk, Von Maur and more)should be returned directly to the retailer with proof of purchase.
  • Do I have to pay for a return?

  • Nope! We offer free returns.
  • What if my return gets lost in the mail?
  • We are not responsible for lost packages.  For whichever shipping method you choose, we recommend insuring and tracking your package.
  • Do you offer price adjustments?

    Yes! We're happy to honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 10 days of your order date. Just email us at [email protected] and we'll issue a refund credited to your original form of payment.
