• What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards.

  • Do I need to set up an account to buy from the website?

    No! It makes it easier to track your order and see your purchase history, but you are welcome to check out as a guest if you'd prefer.

  • When will my account be billed?

    You're charged at the time your order is submitted.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. If you have an account, go to your orders page to locate your tracking number and plug it in on FedEx.com to see your package en route. If you don't have an account, you can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

  • How do I initiate a return?

    Please use the prepaid shipping label included in your shipment to send back your products. 

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    You will be credited back to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • My return has been refunded incorrectly, what should I do?

    Email us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

    Let us know by emailing [email protected] and we'll issue a replacement order with the correct product.

  • Can I remove a saved payment method?

    Absolutely. Just log into your account, select saved cards and delete the payment method you no longer want to keep on file.

  • Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

    Unfortunately, we only accept one promo code at a time.

  • Can I buy a gift card?

    You beat us to it! Our gift cards are coming soon.
