Ivanka Trump HQ is looking for a Customer Service Liaison to join our team in New York. We are seeking an articulate and energetic person that will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are happy. This person will be essential in implementing customer service strategies across all aspects of our business.
- Focus on customer care and support, working with cross-functional and external teams to help solve customer product issues
- Develop a customer service strategy with all external partners
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail and social media
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Liaise between ecommerce channel and licensees to ensure product is being delivered in a prompt manner
- Engage with our customers and maintain an open dialogue while troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Manage the input of all product info on site backend
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years previous customer service experience
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality, ability to deal with clients graciously and effectively
- Proactive and able to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
