Customer Service Liaison

Ivanka Trump HQ is looking for a Customer Service Liaison to join our team in New York. We are seeking an articulate and energetic person that will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are happy. This person will be essential in implementing customer service strategies across all aspects of our business.

  • Focus on customer care and support, working with cross-functional and external teams to help solve customer product issues
  • Develop a customer service strategy with all external partners
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail and social media
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Liaise between ecommerce channel and licensees to ensure product is being delivered in a prompt manner
  • Engage with our customers and maintain an open dialogue while troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Manage the input of all product info on site backend
Ideal Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years previous customer service experience
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, ability to deal with clients graciously and effectively
  • Proactive and able to exercise sound judgment in decision-making
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment

We’re looking for a smart, experienced and motivated Senior Social Media Coordinator—a digital native who understands the unique needs and capabilities of each social channel and can navigate them seamlessly while growing our reach. In partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager and under the guidance of the VP of Marketing & Brand Strategy, this person will be responsible for concepting, creating, managing and analyzing content across all social media platforms. This person will be constantly connected and uniquely tasked with understanding our brand’s vision and voice. We are looking for an innovative, creative thinker who’s a team player and eager to dive head-first into an exciting, constantly evolving and rapidly growing company.

  • Oversee social media calendar and scheduling
  • Engage with our online networks—responding to comments, retweeting and reposting where applicable
  • Communicate and brainstorm with the creative and marketing teams to develop posts in support of our editorial content and marketing initiatives
  • Create monthly reports across social platforms to help with content development and explore new trends
  • Partner with Senior Marketing Manager to execute all influencer and paid digital campaigns
  • Contribute to the collaborative team culture with a positive attitude
Ideal Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience creating compelling social media content
  • Must be savvy in developing and running social media, influencer campaigns and growing social networks
  • Experienced in pulling reports, measuring performance and analyzing metrics to support the overall creative strategy
  • Skilled using multiple platforms simultaneously to create a 360-degree experience, build brand awareness and engage new and existing followers
  • Excellent communication, writing, project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the fashion industry is highly preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, optimistic and excel in a fast-paced environment
