Cocao Goji Berry Smoothie

½ frozen banana 1 tbsp. goji berries 2 tbsp. coconut chips 3 tbsp. cocao powder 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 medjool date
1. Blend together ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy. If you didn't freeze the banana, then add 2-3 ice cubes.
2. Drink and enjoy!

Detoxifying Green Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana 1 medjool date 1 handful of spinach ¼ avocado 4 tbsp. almond milk
Toppings: Sliced banana Raspberries Blueberries Mulberries Coconut chips Anything else you fancy!
1. Slice up a ripe banana and freeze it overnight.
2. Blend the frozen banana, spinach, date, avocado and almond milk together in a high-speed blender or food processor. You want the consistency to be thick and creamy, so you may need to add a little bit more almond milk.
3. Serve in bowl and place all of your toppings on top!

Raspberry and Cream Smoothie

Raspberry and Cream Smoothie

1 frozen banana ½ cup raspberries ½ cup coconut milk 1 tsp. flaxseed meal 2 tbsp. coconut chips 1 medjool date ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
1. Blend together all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into glass, and sprinkle a few more coconut chips on top. Enjoy!
