In 2007, Ivanka seized an opportunity to launch a jewelry collection with a potential partner in real estate—an acquaintance with longstanding ties to the luxury jewelry market and significant expertise in diamonds. She was drawn to the idea of creating a jewelry line for women buying for themselves. The concept of a self-purchasing female was lost among the traditional jewelers who catered their business almost exclusively to men. And so, the Ivanka Trump brand was born.
A few years later, Ivanka identified a void in the fashion space. Recognizing the absence of a brand that addressed the needs of the modern professional woman, Ivanka launched her eponymous fashion label with an assortment of chic, appropriately sexy and accessibly priced shoes and handbags. Women appreciated the fresh sensibility and fuss-free practicality. The business took off. The line grew to include apparel, accessories, home, fragrance and sunglasses—and it didn’t stop there.
Ivanka realized there was an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of the women buying her products—and so she brought together a team to evolve the brand into a lifestyle concept dedicated to women who work.
This site is the realization of that vision.
It’s a celebration of women working at all aspects of their lives. Women who transition between their various roles in professional and personal capacities: building careers, raising children, nurturing relationships and pursuing passions.

As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at the Trump Organization, Ivanka has led some of the company’s most high-profile deals, including the $200-million conversion of the historic Old Post Office in Washington, DC into a luxury hotel and the $250-million renovation of the iconic Doral Golf Resort in Miami. Together with her brothers Eric and Donald Jr., Ivanka founded Trump Hotels, the fastest-growing luxury hotel company in the world. Ivanka is the founder of the Ivanka Trump Collection, a lifestyle brand offering chic, solution-oriented product and IvankaTrump.com, the ultimate digital destination for women who work—at all aspects of their lives.
She graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. She wrote the New York Times bestselling business book, “The Trump Card: Playing to Win in Work and Life” in 2009 and her next book, “Women Who Work: Redefining the Rules for Success” is coming out March 2017. Ivanka has been included on Fortune magazine’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list and was honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
Ivanka married Jared Kushner, fellow entrepreneur, real estate developer, investor and owner of The New York Observer in 2009. The couple have three children, Arabella Rose, born in 2011, Joseph Frederick, born in 2013, and Theodore James, born in 2016. In her free time, Ivanka enjoys traveling, cooking and tending her garden with her children.

As President of Ivanka Trump, Abigail Klem leads the business strategy, brand development, and global growth of the company. Abigail began her career as a lawyer, transitioning to the fashion industry when she joined Diane von Furstenburg to help grow the company from a US-based dress business to a global lifestyle brand. At Ivanka Trump, Abigail’s goal is to extend the brand’s mission of inspiring and empowering women to create the lives they want to live to millions more women around the world and to evolve the brand through innovative and solution-oriented product, content and global marketing initiatives.
In her personal life, Abigail is a board member of KIPP NYC, a charter school network in New York serving nearly 5,000 students from K-12. She is a proud mom to Georgia who inspires her every day.
Rosemary K. Young
Senior Director of Marketing, wife, mother, global explorer, occasional baker and decor devotee
Rosemary leads the marketing and PR efforts of the brand, developing the overall marketing strategy and executing key initiatives that create brand awareness, develop exciting engagement with new customers and enhance existing loyalty. She joined the team from Gap Inc., where she was one of the original team members during the conception and implementation of the international franchise business for both Gap and Banana Republic brands, managing over 45 countries. She also worked for Victoria’s Secret Beauty in NYC after living several years in San Francisco. Rosemary is a DIY enthusiast, birthday cake-baking aficionado and an aspiring interior decorator—but her number-one loves are her three little girls and Aussie husband.
Editorial Director, storyteller, mama, tickle monster, wife and voracious reader
Sarah oversees the editorial direction of the brand, which comes to life on IvankaTrump.com. She is responsible for developing content and articulating the brand voice across all channels. She relocated to New Mexico in 2014, where she has become a pro at hosting Google Hangouts, working on the site remotely and living in two time zones. Her career has included roles in publishing and marketing, and she has worked with brands like Kate Spade New York, J.Crew and Condé Nast, among others, but her favorite project to date includes raising two toddlers in the Albuquerque desert.
Kelly Del Sordi
Licensing Director, Mother of Dragons, wife, middle child, Leo, House Gryffindor
Kelly is responsible for strategic brand alignment in product positioning and placement with our licensees. She is actively vetting additional partnerships to continue to grow Ivanka Trump as a competitive lifestyle destination. After beginning her career at Bloomingdale’s, Kelly honed her licensing skills at Nicole Miller where she helped build and manage a licensing portfolio of over 15 categories. Kelly, who studied at LIM Business School for fashion, is a proud mom of two. When she’s not in the office, you can find her planning an adventure with her family or experimenting with recipes off her Pinterest board.
Social Media Manager, amateur mixologist and beach bum
Francesca develops and executes social media strategies on our various social media outlets. She studied communications and economics at Rutgers University. Francesca worked at Tommy Hilfiger for five years, where she was the company’s Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Outside of the office, Francesca can be found enjoying big family dinners, exploring NYC—she and her boyfriend have a running Google doc of places to go—and planning girls’ nights (Mexican food required). Her not-so-secret interests are sharks and the WWE.
Senior Marketing Coordinator, twin, dog lover and amateur photographer
Carly is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across our various channels, from IvankaTrump.com and social media to wholesale and public relations. She also reports analytics for the brand and oversees all campaigns. She studied medicine and business at Vanderbilt University in 2015, before joining #TeamIvanka as an intern and, eventually, a full-time employee. She’s got a serious case of wanderlust, and hopes to one day live in Sydney, where she studied for a semester in college. Carly is a self-proclaimed online shopping-addict, food lover and personal shopper for her friends and family.
Office and Project Manager, dog foster parent, California girl and Brooklyn explorer
Vanessa keeps Ivanka Trump HQ in check, managing the day-to-day needs of the office, organizing #TeamIvanka activities and planning the execution of projects across all departments. She studied fashion merchandising at Kent State University in Ohio, and has held internships and jobs with Stella McCartney, Karla Otto, BCBG and Brad Goreski. When she’s not holding down our fort, she’s fostering dogs, sampling craft beers and getting to know her new city.
Concept Design Associate, animal-lover and nature-enthusiast
Jackie, along with our design manager, develops design concepts for our collections each season. She works with our various partners to ensure that our product tells a cohesive story. Jackie studied apparel design at University of Delaware, and has worked for Juicy Couture, C. Wonder and Converse, designing handbags and accessories. She is passionate about home decor and is perpetually learning, taking classes (like weaving and silver jewelry-making) whenever she gets the chance. When she’s not in New York City, you can likely find her outdoors, enjoying the fresh air.
Concept Design Manager, wife, friend, globetrotter and aspiring sommelier
Torie conceptualizes and designs our collections each quarter—from dresses and sportswear to (spoiler alert!) our upcoming denim and athleisure lines. She also works with our partners to make sure our vision is aligned across all categories. After studying fashion design at Parsons, she went on to Jones Apparel Group and Magaschoni, where she was Wovens Designer for almost 6 years. She also held internships at Vogue, Jill Stuart, Elie Tahari and Libertine. When Torie is not crafting beautiful sketches or catching the latest trends at Paris Fashion Week, you can most likely find her traveling with her husband, wine tasting in Napa Valley or chasing after her adorable, shaggy Tibetan Terrier named Bruce Wayne!
Licensing Coordinator, twin, major Anglophile, chai tea-addict and fitness fanatic
Morgan helps manage the relationships with our license partners across all categories. She studied history at Providence College (go Friars!) before working as a licensing assistant for Condé Nast on brands like Vogue, Glamour, GQ, Epicurious and The New Yorker. Morgan was also a #TeamIvanka licensing intern with us back in 2015! When she’s not working, she loves reading, spending time with family and friends, anything outdoorsy, perfecting her golf swing and museum hopping around NYC.
Assistant Editor, wordsmith, city lover, fashion enthusiast, amateur ballerina, concert goer, explorer and world traveler
Anne pitches, researches and writes site content for IvankaTrump.com. She works closely with our editorial director to maintain the brand’s voice across all channels and assists on press inquiries, marketing requests and licensing projects. After studying journalism at New York University, she joined Century 21 Department Store as Editorial Copywriter. She has also held internships at Style.com, Esquire and Racked. Outside the office, Anne can be found traveling across the globe, discovering the latest in fashion or serving as her friends’ Lonely Planet for cool restaurants and spots in the city. On her current to-do list? Learn a new language.
